Ground Rules for Participating

Main takeaways: Keep it classy, peaceful and stay on point!

Rights as Protestors

Our Rights as Protestors (Healthcare employees and everyone else):

Employees – You have the right to protest even at your place of work. You must however make sure you’re not protesting during your shift. To be safe, only come BEFORE or AFTER your shift is over. Lunch breaks are technically okay, but better to play it safe!

Everyone – We have the right to assemble peacefully and the right to protest. We have the right to record whatever is in public view. We can gather on public walkways, sidewalks, etc. We can also hand out information to pedestrians!

The most important thing is that we are peaceful, respectful to employees, officers, drivers, pedestrians going by etc. Do NOT protest in the streets or stop cars. We CANNOT resort to the other side’s tactics of name calling, shouting at others, flag burning, violence of any kind, etc. Chanting phrases like “No forced injections!” “Stop the Mandate!” etc. is totally acceptable.

DO NOT COMPLY:  Check this out to learn more about your rights!          NON-COMPLIANT MOVIE
